Tam turned up later. And there was a serious assault on my booze stocks, Wexford ale is now a distant memory. Good news is it will definitely be a Friday special , today I'm digging out the salad bar that's been collecting dust for the last few years . seems I over fed a few customers with lots of takeaway boxes being used. So I'll look at making it a buffet style to see how it goes.

Yes google has not been my friend although if you were back in blighty and planning on a trip on the Embsay & Bolton Abbey steam railway a hearty Yorkshire ploughmans can been booked ,looks glorious with celery and stilton in the mix

I notice a couple of slices of apple. I couldn’t think what was missing yesterday & this is it. A nice sweet addition to the tang of the pickles
