mmmmmmmmmmm yummy
Tonight I made Tandoori Chicken wraps w/RBM's tortillas and Tzatziki sauce, plus a little lettuce added. ++)(*
The Swiss Zoph bread is very good, it will be even better tomorrow, when I thick slice it, and make French Toast with it. :)

tips and advice. today had many people around talking about my favorite subject..food.seems a few chaps dont have an oven,or never learned how to cook.well dont worry i will now give free info on how to do it right.it dont matter what you want to make i will help you all.big thing today was meat. pork ,chicken or beef.
first of all every body seems paranoid about cooking meat, seems everybody wants to incinerate meat. over cooking meat just turns it to crap.people go out and buy the best meat and dont know realy what to do with it.today i got a 3kg lump of thai french beef, great marbling, awesome flavor beef.but if you dont cook it right it a piece of crap. even worse today was people that dont even know how to make scrambled eggs the right way. never mind just ask me and i will help you get it right.
anyway just want to tell everybody, papa farangs are now making roast dinner.sunday lunch ..pork or chicken 200baht. with a free large leo or chang export with your dinner, only availible in large portions, and for the greedy people we have puddings too.so pop down and get stuffed at mine..got a few summer puddings going full of blueberries ,strawberries, plums and just about everything else...eat all your dinner ..and a free pudding

OK... the sausage rolls were awesome and even my lad polished off one this morning for breakfast so hiding the one that's left on higher shelf on the fridge (alongside the pork pie).

Can you do mango pies? Small ones? I bought some about 6 months ago at Ngee Soon out at Nadi but I checked yesterday and whoever supplies them has only made a batch of blueberry pies. This is sweet mango season and the wife and the lad love mango pie with custard and cream for a night time snack.

afternoon people, well all this chat about villa market bugs me a bit, i supply them and have to deliver everyday.as far as i'm concerned i wish they would stop selling my products so quickly  . people moaning and growning as they get there too late.but lets put it this way so theres more understanding of the whole situation. i went to stock up on essentials for baking today at makro....
leg of lamb.....out
cheese...got the last 4 kg lucky for me
flour....got 100kg left 20kg on the shelf
lettuce....found one,the rest looked like they had been used in the last rugby world cup
frozen peas.....out
sprouts........out
big green chilies......out
salami........got one but not the one i wanted :(
green apples..........5 baht more expencive than villa
needed a new big air mover for outside the shop, only one left on display, pluged it in and i dont work :@ :headbang:
i'm not complaining about it,and i dont think makro are about to go out of business as the cant keep everything in stock all the time.this is north eastern thailand and we cant get everything every time, but at least now we have alteratives for our shopping and greater choice. or another way to put it would we be better off without villa ***** . this is a rant...not a complaint  . lucky too bubba's was not open at 9am as the drive back through town had me swearing and i nearly stopped for a beer( 9 am.. no i'm not from down under)
so today having fun with mango, made a cheesecake base with mango and honey pudding on top. in the oven now...let you know later how it came out.also made hickory smoked burger relish, and after my magnum ice cream i'm making corn relish to keep the burger fans happy.oh nearly forgot, made indian samosas yesterday mmmmmmm spot on baby, with my new tandori masala...bugger need to make garlic naans as well

New Tesco, in the food hall near the escalator sometimes has Samosas are good, but only get's a few at a time, never has in afternoon sold out.

Would love to try yours when you make more, what will the price be for them and your Tandoori Masala ?
