Papa Farangs also has American Style Hot Dogs! :) Closest thing to authentic tasting I've tasted in my 12 years living here. ++)(*

Dean, I thought you and your partners were starting a food manufacturing business. I haven't heard anything about tortillas yet. Are you making them?

yes mate i have staeted making them, got my press going, nice piece of equipment.just been doing a storage test on them to see how long tortillas can store in the fridge. got a couple of packs in the fridge 10 or 11 days so far and still freash, got asked a silly question the other day."why do you store them in a fridge?"...."becouse ants like tortillas too"
list of things i will try to do today

pork pies
sausage rolls
tortilla
bread loaves
apple pies
mixed fruit pies
something else i cant remember at the moment?
i read on the dork side that people want hot mango chutney. gave me an idea, i love making pickles and the like so if anybody has any wishes let me know and i will see if i can get it done .
all a bit hard work with still havig the bar, but i will get there in the end...oooh yeah scotch eggs.
got one staff opening at 9am now, not the sharpest tool in the box, but all the prices are up on the board.
now off for shopping and a whole day of baking

I think having a tortilla machine in THailand is a rather unique opportunity. I suppose you could have quite a few customers outside just those coming into your bakery. Do you plan to get them in the supermarkets? Just thinking outloud, but seems you could focus your efforts there and do quite well.
