yes im also embarrassed to admit ive been out to look at bb resort and seen the englishmans retreat
so know roughly where place is , but last time girl drove me out there, must of gone right past turnoff
but agree prices for all kinds of real estate within city limits is just getting insane

Another one in town for your expanding empire. Noticed Nobi's is up for sale, looks big enough and good kitchen facilities.
Must admit I managed to find your place on my last visit but the 2 times before I didn't have a map and so gave up, so ended up buying stuff from another well known establishment next to a lake.

the old sinatra place is now admiral len ? possibly german theme. the together bar/coffee
is now viking bar, some new massage restaurant on other end of soi. new shops every month
by the half dozen or more accurately, thats just the turnover rate on soi SSS......

Many a fine munch in Nobi's, and certainly isn't selling because of the food quality.

and reading the classified advertisement, looks like he had a supercheap long term deal
on the lease, but as RBM said, what that translates into on todays terms might be small fortune.
