truth be told, the villas in house selection of bakery products is pitiful( and expensive) yet they
seem to have allocated only a wee, tiny space to the bakemeister. couple that with the annoying
security staff that dont seem to understand villas supposed to be open at 8am, i prophesize this
may be a short lived experiment better to just go to the source at nongsamrong

bacon and pork thins back in today,smoked streaky

cured pork loin

un-smoked streaky

next week i will have smoked back bacon comming in too,so now off to make a sandwich.
all of these products are un-frozen and have never been frozen and in nice 500g packs so if your not a huge bacon eater they can be taken home and split safely

bugger just made a bacon butty from the cured loin bacon...forgot to take a pic lads, never mind i will just have to wait untill the paninis come out the oven and try again

well the chip shop curry sauce turned out spot on in the end tested it on a couple of english guys, so i think i will make a big batch tomorrow to see if it freezes ok, had a bit left this morning so i made a chip sub and put the sauce on top, not exatly gourmet food but real yummy.
