Just a heads up to all hot x bun lovers, I asked dean to make me a batch and they are superb, he made a few more than I asked for so get down there quick they are the best as per usual with deans cooking,

sunday lunch cooking, with suprise pudding today ?. loads to do later with the pie freezer being raped in the last couple of days. and i finaly thought of some thing i fancy eating.....cajun pork stew..yum yum....and its going to smell strange today as i have to make madras curry too...roast dinner,madras curry and cajun stew all going at the same time. the hot cross buns are just spot on so i will make one batch a week of 50, sort of limited edition. anyway got to get back to the stove, think i got promoted as the girls got me an apron, and no i'm not given the mop anymore as i walk through the door

Just bought some of Deans latest creation, a kind of chelsea bun, absolutely fantastic, really hit the spot along with his superb hot cross buns, well done that man!

sorry lads but due to the unrelenting and extreame heat i have dicided to cancel tomorrows roast dinner. but what i am going to do is use my new chilled unit and we will have a salad buffet with cold meats,ham, pork, chicken. a full selction of veg, some tuna pasta and a cold soup, crispy garlic bread plus fresh morning baked breads . with a selction of pickles.plus potato salad,coleslaw ect. and dont worry there is a pudding as well,pineapple upside down cake with ice cream or if you want have a nice bannana split or chocolate sundae. looking forward to it . all for 160 baht. see you all tomorrow

I saw that come out of the oven today .... The pineapple rings were filled with marinated cherry's before the cake mixture was added and then baked! <:> :dance:
