Wait until after 8.30am to avoid the school traffic and be gone before 3pm. Before and after these times it's like a mad house.
If you want fruit we do Pineapple, Coconut and Toddy Palm puff's.

Yep last time drove past about 10.30am kids all in schools and car parking spaces available

when i was a kid , mini pizzas were fantastic. made
with english muffins if you can believe that? throw some
cheese& toppings on there, toss in oven 12-15 min woohoo

Square mini pizzas a possibility,no doubt your main customer base of kids just want everything sweet including the cheese

I had to collect a truckload of wall lights from the electrical wholesaler close by so thought I’d go on a Saturday morning after experiencing the weekday traffic on a previous egg tart run. Still absolute chaos with kids, taxis & motorcy everywhere. The 7-11 & the little food stall arcade had ‘em queuing out the door

OMG and we were not even there to give you our big 'ol Texan welcome.
..hope your egg tart experience went ok but the boss was not on site and I was on a sunday school run.
