easy sunday lunch today....
tomato and red pepper soup
bread roll
sausage and mash, onion gravy ,peas and a yorkshire pud.
chocolate and cherry sundae..

time to explain a few things to keep gossip on the right lines, going with the flow of udon we are always trying to keep people happy and full. so to help out we are starting a delivery service (very soon) and have been arranging new suppiers around udon to place our products, we are also arranging stops at popular places where we will sell direct to the public, so you can have a beer and getting your shopping at the same time, so if you have a favorite drinking hole that you would like us to stop at let me know. next thing is it has come to my attention that people have been told that i'm no longer trading.
. truth is i'm finding it getting harder keep up with demands for new products, so we are expanding with a new bigger production facility (
no realy just a 70 m2 baking area at home) the girls are now baking bread up to 2 am .seems people think that i have been selling off equipment as i'm closing down, far from it, what i do is buy and sell secondhand bar/catering equipment. hope that clears things up

not easy mate 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week, plus work back in blighty,thats why i'm updating the business to try and cut down working time so the wife can spend more time cuddled up with me on the sofa.
just got out some strawberries, blackberries, blackcurrents to make some steamed puddings, be ready this afternoon
