hi guys i'm back...and i see the forum has returned back to jolly banter and information, the anyone want an argument threads seems to have vanished into the mist of time, leaving a few threads behind that are still worth discussion. seems people got banned or just left, perhaps some of our old friends and posters will return. but enough of that crap.
sadly the gossip persist that my shop is no longer trading, sadly for some with other agendas will be broken hearted to find out not so .
anyway being English one thing that seems to have got harder to find in the last six months was TEA, no point telling americans as yu'all just wast it by throwing it in rivers ya heathens, pouring tea in rivers starts wars and revolutions
( sarcastic english humour not aimed at offending our beloved americans friends) . so on my return i had plenty of room for english tea. got them in packed in 80's and at 200b a pack it works out at 5 pence a cup. limited amounts though. i got tetley tea, PG tips and yorkshire tea for the strong tea lovers. anyway busy week ahead catching up to do , and am i glad to be home, that cold english weather makes my bones ache. got lots of stuff to do for christmas at the end of the week and lists of cakes to do, steamed lemon sponge, fruitcake, carrot cake ect, the girls are good at the bread side but not got the hang of the cakes yet. back with more info for you all later.
so have a nice day in the sunshine lads. oh Roy the walkers crisps are being raided big time, and i got it wrong ,the flavour i told you about is actually CHEESY BEANS flavour ***** ,got hotdog flavour ***** and racoon flavour :()( which i will keep hidden for you

I love cottage pie - sprinkle some dried chilly powder in it to give it a bit of oomph and it's goes down well with a beer

cottage pie, one of the British classics, me i'm a pepper lover so mine has a thick layer on,could have extra gravy, or a big dollop of HP, one we all love is with a portion of chips. with beans and lots of cheese. after my last visit to blighty i realised that it not that british food is bad, its more to do with it being cooked badly.

Everyone knocks Britsh food but I love it - a good old roast dinner , a decent fry up , fish and chips , Jellied eels and cockles , give me a good old Roast Lamb with roast potatoes , Brussell sprouts , parsnips and gravy over some ponsey continental art nouveau ( a square plate with 3 x measly portions and a squiggle of sauce ) any day !!
