Absolutely. Seasoning of your choice. One of my favorites is to marinate the chicken wings in Italian dressing. I used to do this when putting them on the charcoal grill. Mrs. Shado does the Thai marinade of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and some other seasoning I don't remember. She marinates pork loin strips they same way. Really delicious.

Anywhere to get the dry rub seasoning, US style.
An American friend in Saudi used to buy me some called 'Slap Ya Mama' and another one with a George Floyd lock a like on the packet.

Best Steaks ever using slap ya mama :happy-partydance:

'Slap Ya Mama' is very popular in my old stomping grounds. Have a canister of that sitting in the spice rack at our lake house in Missouri. Not seen it here. Lots of recipes for dry rubs on the web if you have a kitchen and some basic ingredients. I make my own dry rub for ribs and such. I never look for dry rub here but next time out I'll see if there is any on the shelves. Pomps might know.

The only one I can think of that might resemble George Floyd is John Henry's Texas Brisket Rub.

The main ingredient in the mix is smoked paprika, you can get spanish options here, mccormick smoked paprika is available 8-)

Presume lacking a VM in Qatar, carrefour seems to be the main player there but their website lacks western products 8-)

John Henry Texas brisket rub must be the one :-D

Not specified about their smoked paprika ingredient

Am due a visit to VM tomorrow, will look to see if they sell any specialised products or just spices for you to mix 8-)

Marinated half a dozen wings in soy sauce & honey for a hour then coated them in breadcrumbs with added salt & pepper.
They cooked quicker which I’m putting down to the soy & honey which darkened them a bit too much to be photogenic so no pictures.

Very tasty
