yeh just getting bored with burgers and stuff, plenty of great recipes to go through as when the new place gets finished I would like to do daily dish of something different to the run of the mill stuff, love the comfort food ,but time to broaden the horizons . this morning it was a toss up between the dish above or it could have been cauliflower cheese with cod an spinach .
