Christmas dinner almost fully booked before I can even get round to doing the full menu.so be quick if you need a place, also thai buffet available so your wife will be happy.
is it a Christmas cake, is it a Dundee cake, is it a fruit cake....what ever you want to call it, it weighs 2kg

and no Christmas would be complete without Turkish delight

Very fruitful morning of shopping today. After quick stop at Villa, headed up to Papa Farangs.
Got a couple pasties, and a chicken & ham pie for the wife. Plus a jar of salsa.

However, the crowning glory of this visit was the Turkish delights, a dozen Christmas-style fresh-baked, just out of the oven mince pies, and the pièce de résistance was the Christmas Cake, 8 inches in diameter covered with almonds, 3 inches high, and weighing in at 2kg. It's a work of art, I hate to cut into it...but you know I must.

another batch of mince pies done last night, new York rye done this morning, focaccia bread being done soon, a couple of specials for today, jacket potato with chicken tikka masala or cathedral cheese and onion and for people feeling festive a cup of char and a mince pie for 50 baht.then I got to make my old English sausage patties and pork pies to get done...then back home to make more mince pies......no rest for the wicked as they say

DON'T PANIC.....due to a mad mice pie rush I have been persuaded to create another batch , villa market will have them in tomorrow(at a higher price though) and we will keep some back for the late christmas shoppers.
also the normal roast dinner today has been changed to ploughman's lunch as Christmas turkey is on Thursday.
last spot went yesterday so I'm thinking of taking bookings for Christmas 2015 *****
