Doing them Out the oven 130baht eat in . But doing a deal for takaway, buy 5 and i drop the price to. Only 100 baht each .:*: danish pastries have gone so well that they will be a regular as well , they will work out to 100 baht for 4 mixed. The Most popular one so far is the Lemon curd and custard

Morning all. Another Busy day with the mixer, first up is a bash at making mini pavlovas, next danish pastries, the giant cheese and onion pasties.sorry but Bad internet so no pictures

morning all, finally went out a got an internet thingymabob so back on line now. so some pictures laters lads. anyway today's lunch by request will be.....
sweet and sour pork balls hong kong style, and chicken chow mein . plus some more sausage and mash pasties as they sell well, plus more Danish pastries with strawberry or apple and custard fillings, a bit of pastry left over so Chelsea buns as a side note......back to the kitchen for me now. so will be back later to discuss ,life the universe and everything else....including brit bashing
