no till next week, but do have a few chilled in the fridge, 15 mins in a warm oven and ready to eat. making steak and kidney plus chicken and ham in about 1 hour, if you want a steak and onion I could pop one in the oven for you

Saturday again, Chinese day. boy weeks fly by. got a Chinese guy called mr won hung lo teaching me the fine art of noodle frying

sweet and sour pork balls 70 baht
beef chow mein 80 baht
chinky chicken curry 60 baht
egg flied lice 25 baht

well , a very nice man from Canada give me a supply of 100% maple syrup that he brought with him. bloody expensive stuff, one can 40 dollars ***** .
so pondering what to do with it . well ,found a bag of walnuts, some nice apples and some Danish pastry, cinnamon and brown sugar. don't know if it will work, but even if it goes wrong the dish will be good anyway , also some chocolate Danish snails. plus on top of that chicken leek and potato pies...and Chinese to do as well, can't complain of boredom
