You. Same same only different. springs to mind again

Slightly different but, last month in hua hin we drove to the floating market, everyone walking in then lady at counter shouting Falang Falang song Loi song Loi ... I showed her my Thai driving licence, no you Falang you pay, by this time my wife and kids had already gone through, so told her no way, I sit outside .. 5 mins later a mini bus of Koreans arrived, this sparked my attention, so I tagged on to the back of the group, all waved through but as soon as miss hitler saw mr pale face same scenario, I asked how and why they don't pay as they not Thai.. Her answer you Falang
Just had to smile and walk back to the car

Good news if you are a foreign student studying for a Ph.D at the University of Toronto. Up until now, they had to pay $21,560/year compared to $5,960 for Canadian students. Lucky me, it was free when I was a Ph.D student at the U of T. In any case, international students will pay the same fee as Canadians beginning in September. Thus, double pricing will end.

I'm glad I got my degrees when it was free. Actually, they paid me for the Ph.D through scholarships, fellowships and grants. So, it was all good in those days.

Karma: this is what I get for opening my big mouth again 55

Since I am centred in Khon Kaen and Toronto now, and not in the highest point of the ancient Lao capital of Luang Prabang, I should think of a new name that does not contain too many K's, such as KKK. The t-shirt for Khon Kaen University does have KKK on it.

Back to Phousy, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phou_si" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Apparently, one has to walk 656 steps to climb up to the summit and down again.
