I've seen a few of the apartments there, IMHO, best value in Udon, without a doubt. That's where i would put my pillow if looking. Plus 2 good pig outs every week at Kinnaree, doesn't get any better. Plenty of food vendors a short distance away, both directions, up toward the prison, and back toward University. ++)(* ++)(*

close enough and far enough away from downtown center to be relaxing. 8-)

that really is an enormous advantage having the restaurant downstairs / adjoining. the road that leads out there (amphur road) dead ends so the traffic
is really minimal. (few other places in town can say that) it appears to be quite a pleasant neighborhood across from the president hotel.

Yes, I like the neighbourhood as well.
Kinneree is a nice place to chill out.
Last Sunday's roast beef lunch really hit the spot.
