gee mateeee havent cooked it yet p.s when i do it will be now u c it now u dont :D i used to buy mcclouds [hot springs ark]world famous bbq sauce everytime we ate there .then my aunty in royal taught me how to make her version .

great meal and good company was enjoyed by all.beef burgers were touted best in thailand lol lot of work and wastage to remove all but lean fillet meat but well worth it when customers enjoy.the hillbilly apple pie was a big success but full tums could only eat little so customers all took home a serve .next week we r thinking about a southern usa bbq.smokey pork ribs ,chicken,spuds etc texas beans with redneck [hot]bbq sauce .cant wait . :D

GOUMET HAMBURGERS fillet migon [ground trimed beef fillet],pork sage [ground trimed loin] ,pork loin pepper steaks.SAUCES beef garlic red wine,beef mushoom,white butter cheese,italian tom,spicy tom.italian freshly baked buns,all patties and sauces made here.DESERT walls ice cream and home made apple raison cinnamon pie
