great pics,calzone is the best for a takeaway .seals the moisture in.baking gives a great texture too, you can give it a ,tex mex taste, middle east or indian flovor they are all great.all of ours are cooked on the spot with freash meat, some people cook thier kebabs and wraps well before. leave the meat 3-4 days and just warm it up before serving.freah is the only way to do it.bread wraps wont make you sick, but old meat will.picture no 3 looks good
