No bar for me, had one in Pattaya years ago when there was a little money to be made. Not too many bars here in Udon putting money in the bank every month, if they were wouldn't be so many up for sale.

Merchant Seaman should buy it, could fill it with all Nautical items, have pirate themed nights too, girls could be dressed as sailors and pirates and cabin boys..(called Roger)....the female staff would need to be fairly busty...(No sunken chests)

Surly some soul that enjoys a challenge will snap it up. As for me it is a bit like the old 47 sitting at the airport, if they gave it to me I couldn't afford it;o)
