I nearly never eat fish sandwiches at any fast food outlet. I rarely eat anything at a fast food outlet. However, a couple of weeks or so ago we were at Tesco Nee Dee with some of our little nieces from the village and they wanted to eat KFC. I opted for the KFC "crispy fish sandwich" and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't too bad. I'd order it again under similar circumstances.

i had a couple ( okay it was 3) fish sandwhiches at shifty-the-clowns with some fries the other day (they were on special)
wish i hadn't bothered :puke: those cheap fu_kers are only putting half a piece of cheese on there now? can you believe it?
i thought we had a "proper" fish and chips shop on soi sampan? has that closed already? what happened there? :worried: can't
say i've had a genuine english fish n chips meal? probably offered at the irish clock. i've heard their food is good.

They are best eaten at the seaside, any other time and they do tend to the disappointing end of the scale!

I often get a craving for fish, chips & mushy peas but after eating them always wished I'd not bothered.
SNAP....!!!!

not sure if you also experiance this but....when someone else has them you really fancy it..even having a chip and a bit of batter and fish and it always tastes so much better than when you go and buy your own. :(

...there is a place called the 'Weatherby Whaler' on the ring road in York which is always full of coach loads of OAP's attracted by the free Tea and extra portion of bread & butter. Not recommended.

Yes, I saw that. Same price for the ZL-1 model (฿2,090). Could order but would really like to see one in person before doing so. The wife can't understand why I want to spend money on a deepfryer, but what the heck does she know? She'd rather spend ฿2,000 on a new krapao thue.

That's a hell of a good buy on the Nanotech. Any idea if it is available in Udon? I've been looking for something like that at a reasonable price.

Great for making fish & chips!

realy would love a nice piece of cod, only time i've tried cod here it tasted like it had been frozen since the last ice age. face it the only way to get good fish is to fly back to blighty. someone said red snapper is good so i might give that a go
