Ok that has cleared it all up thought everyone knew so the 299 sunday buffet costs 320 and any drinks ordered add 7% . :D 8-)

Got a sudden urge for fish, chips and mushy peas with a load of sarsons vinigar and salt.

Not had a UK cod style fish supper for at least 5 years

Thought can only apply for non o visa outside of thailand based on marriage then use that when go to a thai bank with funds.

Are they just acting as middlemen so charge a commission for themselves on top before they then contact an agent :?: cheaper just go to an agent direct :?:

Irish george did that type of thing longtime ago just referred them to pdc acting like a sales person,took his cut on top of their fees 8-)

Buffets normally, if say ventured into Bangkok, always advertise like 399+ so vat added,if 399++ means vat and service charge on top so 7% vat and 10% service charge so you know to forget that enticing first point price mentioned 8-)

I think it’s just a way to increase prices without altering all the promotional material.
I mentioned to Mrs N a while ago that I couldn’t understand how Shabushi regular buffet has been ฿399 for years. When we got the bill it was plus VAT so really ฿427

I find prices excluding VAT or ++ bloody annoying they shoud be up front and advertise the price that you pay.
