A very nice couple from Thailand,retired former work in Bgk,
opened this lovely Restaurant.
Maybe some biker can pop in sometimes and make a report...

Yeah,Nice little Backpacker place on the way to Loei,Also in the area another smallish place is SANGKHOM......Great Scenary around here..
When we stopped here the first time in January 2004 on the way back to NK from Chiang Rai,I Said to my Mrs it looked just like,The Scottish Highlands, Austria & Switzerland ALL rolled into one....
So anyone going there DEFINATELY take your camera......

It quite a trek out of Udon JJ if you fancy a pizza.....but if up that way it is scenic....infact a nice ride along the 211 route from NK heading toward Loei....sounds like a nice stop off point though.

Good view of Mekong river, great western food, especially home made pizza, vast selection of German, Lao and Chinese beers/Ganga Chiang Khan (:)
