I've been watching this complex being built for awhile now...
Today I took a drive through it.
It is located at the Amphoe Rd. end of Soi Jintakam. Complex goes from Soi Jintakam all the way through to Amphoe Rd. Perhaps someone can post the map? Near as I can tell, it is Map ref: M-19.
Contains a number of small bars (enclosed, not open-air), coffee places, stalls for selling stuff, and a couple of beer garden type places. Probably food available.
It is a night-time venue. Most probably for the Uni student crowd...
For those not familiar with Soi Jintakam, it contains many apartment buildings filled with students from Rajaphat University.
I asked a staff at Fresh Mart about the bars, she said: "
hab everything, beer, whiskey, wine, sing-a-song."
