Customer service around here just isn't what most of us are used to...one of the definite drawbacks to staying here. I do have a good, related tale to tell, though. Last week, we had a delivery from KFC. The ordered arrived in about 25 minutes, but when we unpacked it, there wasn't a side of mashed potato & gravy and two sides of some tuna salad instead of one. I had the wife call back & explain what happened, but I didn't have any expectations of anything further happening. 30 minutes later, the door bell rings and there stands the KFC delivery guy. He handed over a bag with 2 sides of mashed potatos & gravy and another full size order of MP & G! I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. :clap:

I always feel a bit sorry for the Pizza Co.delivery guys.....particularily when its hammering it down.....its bad enough walking to the front gate with an umbrella never mind riding a motorbike......I doubt if there wages are as much as the cost of a pizza,as well !

Just going slightly off topic......mention of KFC.......I went to Central yesterday to get our son a takeaway and KFC was closed......presume its part of the Central refurbisment so could be closed for a while ?
