Sinartras will struggle as long as you have Seaside 2 in the same street. Big breakfast for 95 baht, best value for miles. Had the beef stew and mash yesterday 100 baht, suberb.

i'm guessing seaside 2 is making things very competitive. remember when out by lotus on ring rd, and refreshing change to overpriced farang dining. good on them and we need more realistic pricing for western foods. so much so, i have almost stopped dining in farang managed restaurants, as not worth the trip into town.

At least the big fat guy with no shirt is gone. That should help people's appetite and make them at least want to pop in and try something, but Seaside 2, like 88 said, will be tough to beat. I hit Seaside about three times a month.

I really like that restaurant BEFORE it became Sinatra's. Enjoyed going there, but haven't been back since the young lady sold it.

Can someone point out the exact location of Seaside 2? Thanks!

Soi Sampan over the road from the car park entrance to the Day and Night adult entertainment centre.
A big blue pickup parked nearby with SEASIDE 2 emblazoned open its sides.

Yes, it is in the heart of things. The fun and frivolity is toned down some during daylight hours, but there's no way to shield a family from it if it spikes -- which happens on occasion with all the "honeymooners" and "ladies" strolling the boardwalk. I still like Seaside despite that. Good food and reasonable prices.
