Maybe the key money has been used for the renovations

Am sure can get his paid up rents money back.Being an international chef and his cv should easily get a kitchen job somewhere in Udon :dance:
Now can the Kinnaree get back those Wednesday buffets please,ta vely much :dance:

I doubt he will see a single baht back, this is Thailand and a farang has no chance of any refund. I would imagine that there was a clause in the lease about continuous business, so closing he falls foul of the clause.

I got the impression George was doing the renovations and going to re-open. since still under lease for some time, not sure if Ae could re-open without his permission, which I assume wouldn't be given without some type of refund.

I certainly wouldn't put any baht into the place as enough funds wasted already, and then have to negotiate a new lease. *****

I am maybe a idiot, but you my friend a rude son of a gun! Make sure you watch your mouth before some one turn around your head ad put it in your back side! Any way, my 67 thousand Baht losses each month came from a lot of stealing, some of my old staff is under investigation, as I pressed charges... In this time Ae and Tiep open up the restaurant with my blessing, and my self will help them with all the cooking /not the Thai/ and of course the renovation is all they cost... Certainly I am getting some money back, and because I just invested quiet a few million Baht in a beautiful house, and got my yellow book and also 13 number, and because my wife is a government official, I can scan my finger in any Thai hospital free! This details the reason are let you know, so you could hate me even further, cause you are a very bad person with out a heart and soul!!! If you give me your address, I can explain the details even further, and maybe we can be friends one of that time... :inlove:

When I am saying something not suitable every body is in my case, how about when for example Mr.....mykthemin calling me a idiot at publicly? I want a apology from him, or if ever I will see him in Kinnaree I will confronting him and will ask him to leave!
I think we have rules for it????? Of the language we can use here?
