Greetings from the Humungus. and where will the koala bar be located? doing a bit of touring about town
in the evenings these bar areas resembled desolated wasteland. not sure who's buying or selling or how they're even managing that in this environment. as a side question, there was a farang bar-owner on the "other" forum who was talking about his girls "being sold out of the bar". can someone explain to me how that works
and what is a standard price for a farang to sell a girl here. perhaps the bar scene best left to the thais.

Koala is at the on Thanon Tongyai, nearer the Prajak rd junction down a bit from where Green Leaf used to be. So you can warm up with some cheapo beer from UD (if you drink Chang) then do the death-defying walk/stagger across the road to chase a few balloons. *****^^

and if that didn't help, it's located across the road from UD TOWN PLAZA, long side, turning at mcdonalds intersection, before or after AEK udon hospital at 'T' intersection, it will be on your left, just after the intersection that goes to the back of the bus station, as you head toward the train station. small place, but half way down. if you pass ZAP steak or photo place, oops, too far, though you will need to u-turn anyway, for parking.

just realized from another thread, you know where udon bazaar is, so if in the bazaar, deep, and come out to the road, you should be able to see it across the street. or a short walk to it.

while there, ask the owner, as he seems to one of the only people making and selling bars, obviously at a profit, or wouldn't, though not sure how profitable when open, as you say, many are shy of customers.
