We would again like to thank our guests for the great atmosphere at our buffet.
It was once again a successful evening. Also a thank you to our kitchen which has again created a super buffet.
After the Songkran the regulars table comes in Harmony.
Wednesday from 12:00 clock we meet again to have fun and discuss.
New faces are always welcome.
Again many guests were present, the salads were cold again this time of the hit.
But the other dishes were enthusiastically received. As always, it was a harmonious evening.
It uncommonly friendly, that more and more regular customers arrive us to our buffet.

The recipe is named STEIRISCHES (STYRIAN) Ofenbratl, so the origin comes from the State STEIERMARK in Austria.
It is mainly pork belly roasted together with vegetables as potatos, onions, carots garlic, and it is.... very tasty!
