Nothing rude or disrespectful or arrogant at all. He apparently had some where to go and didn't interfer with the dragon at all. In fact passed the dragon from behind making sure he wouldn't get in the way.

Suppose the Footpath was out of the question ??

The dragon was coming out of the store and blocking the Footpath. If he was on the footpath he would have gotten in the way and maybe knocked over.

He was walking though the middle of the procession anyway, an ignorant pratt!!!!

Didn't catch it as didn't watch much of the vid, just beginning part, actually stop after the farang strolled thru.........no interest actually, just passing some info for those that might enjoy.

Nong Wua So Mango Festival...........possibly this weekend, though no info or confirmation. But a cyclist ride from UT planned in the early AM on Sunday, for that event, and for those up for a bit of exercise, whether starting in or joining in on the way.

While taking a peek and having a lite late lunch over at Posri Market, noticed they are setting up for a week long 'display' of apparently local flare wares..... and 'Best of'.......

So if in town, and need to kill a bit of time, maybe a quick munch at food court while there.................

In the area, so popped in, and lost 15 minutes of my life that I'll never get back...........may want to give that a pass.

NOW, on the other hand..........a bit of a vehicle marketing show at Central Plaza, if in the market, or just want to eye ball the 'presenters', as they had quite a few lookers. Remember to bring your shades.
