Gyro (99) was very nice, and great value. ++)(* Pizza also good, crust a bit crispier than I'm used to, but thankfully not 'thin', which seems the norm here, or PC oil soaked, and a great Friday value (199) for testing. 16" and easily a meat for 2. The Italian Sub next to try. ++)(*

As far as the pizza goes...next time I will order mine with extra cheese as an additional topping...I prefer a really cheesy pizza. It may take PapaZ a lttle time to figure out his pizza oven's eccentricities, so his "hand tossed" crust will come out more pliable after baking.
I agree, the 16" pizza with a couple of toppings, accompanied with a salad, is a meal for 2-3 people.
Looking forward to trying his other menu offerings.

maybe it's like seasoning a good skillet :?: you've got to run a few hundred pies through

the oven before it gets a proper coating and cooks the dough consistently. it should not be

too hard and crunchy , i know i prefer softer crust :?:

699b a hi-roller kinda guy is JD, sounds good, but I would skip lunch and dinner on that day, wouldn't make me feel so bad about blowing so much on breakfast.

Photos sometime soon...? need some eye candy..(food).. :)
