฿50 a can isn't too bad, the crap ones I use for baked beans, Ayan, I think are 30 ish, but I just use the beans, sauce gets trashed. Unrecognizable when I'm done with them.

if i'm not completely wrong, they split the former "le lounge" in two and made 2 shops out of it.

Yes, did use to be le lounge and still has the large sun awning / shade block in the front. A small Smile Food sign, pictured on the sidwalk, and only signage right now I think.

I will not shop in makro, I hate the place, no bags so shopping rolls all over the back of the car, why do they not offer used cardboard boxes to put loose items in, too easy and sensible but this is TIT

I actually prefer the "no plastic or paper bag" policy. I wish other stores would help to reduce the excessive use of plastic bags. We have 3 or 4 of the reusable Makro bags and have used the same ones for years. After un-bagging the items in the house I just put the reusable Makro bags back in the trunk (boot). Have no problems with purchases rolling around in vehicle. Plus, the Makro bags are so large it's actually easier to carry everything into house.

Use the Lotus or 7-11 bags that we have too many of. Just bag it before it goes in the trunk. And keep a stash in the car, as extremely rare that we shop at Lotus or Big C.

Guessing they don't offer the boxes, because they sell them to recycle place.

Since I was in the area, I stopped in today and got a couple of the kebobs to go. I agree with Loki...these are excellent! The meat is well seasoned, with plenty of it, and the ingredients were well proportioned. I will definitely go back! I can do without the fries for to go orders though, so maybe next time I will tell him no fries with that. Friendly, tasty and convenient if you are in that part of town! :thumbup: :thumbup:

Brooks beans are used for brekkie, and sausages / meats are sourced from Cherm Chim. ++)(*

Pepperoni for pizza from TGM / Makro.
