I've found the soi dogs to be getting more lazy of late, they want YOU to go around them, even if they are standing laying in the middle of the road. Have actually had to nudge some of them out of the way with the bumper, because otherwise you cannot get past them. Should be a bounty on each of the mutts you put down.
