the smartest staffing solution I've seen recently
was a guy who hired a bkk man& wife to clerk his
hotel. polite, capable, healthy attitude,ready to
work etc i often wonder if chefs and other staff
might not be hired similarly as impossible here *****

Not me thinking of purchasing this restaurant. Yes, the buxom one would be good for that kind of job if her English was a bit better. She's currently working as a cashier in an Udon hotel / resort. I'm delighted she's working. She has a poor work history but scrubs up quite well.

She's a bit of a goer. The Mrs and I aren't sure how long the marriage with the Thai soldier will last. She's 28 so she should be growing up.

I just heard another good family story which I'll drop in here. I love these stories. My Mrs's first husband is a Thai cop in a lower Isan province. He's has numerous kids and has had numerous women over the years. That's one reason my Mrs kicked him out long ago.

He's just got a new mia noi. She's younger than the soldier's wife (his daughter) and her older sister. The mia noi has a 4 month old baby from her husband. She lives near the cop's police station. Her husband isn't around. He's in the klink for dealing ya ba.

The mia noi is clever. She looks after the first husband's daughter (the soldier's wife's 16 year old half sister). The first husband would really like this as his current mai yai is an alcoholic and not a great mum. The first husband likes his booze too. It would seem he's currently having great fun. More fun than being a farang cop?

As a final aside the 16 year old is a real cutie. She's quite brainy too. I think she might end up doing well despite the family issues.
