I agree there are doomsayers on here, proof if needed will be in the opening times etc, judging by whgat she stated to me, she really wants to make a go of this, unfortunately being approx 10 kms away and currently no vehicle, , will have to rely on others top visit at the alleged opening times to see.

Kitchen opens 8 ish .... 'breakfast maybe', makes things easy especially with limited kitchen work area.

Why does everyone assume I like Mexican and why would I travel 10km to eat it, surprises me.
I talked to NOK she is an enterprising lady with excellent culinary skills, always liked her breakfasts and evening meals when I used to visit the town more often and also that parking was available easily.
Her latest enterprise is worthy of support, by those that live within the confines of Udon City and by others when they are popping in for some entertainment or shopping.
WHICH I WILL do if doing just that !
