of black magic. on negative side, its swarming with drunk 20 yr old boys

I am like Nigglyb and don't dink; however, I did go to one raucous place near Central, Tae Wan Daeng, that was full of excitement, music, dancing and drinking. I did not see any farangs other than myself but it would be a place to go more often if I did drink...er...dink.

Ah yes, when single, that's where I went to get my freak on. House band was quite good, and then every now and then Carabao band mates, mainly Yuanyong Opakul aka Aed, and or Preecha Chanapai aka Lek, as one having daughter attending St. Mary's, so would pop in for a set or 2, since in the area.

Couple other places, if wanting to do less ear / hearing damage, as they were a bit more laid back....

There is a place in Khon Kaen, Dink to Love, that was nice with live music, food and other stuff. The first Tae Wan Daen I visited was in Khon Kaen. It was on par with its counterpart in Udon.

Wrong preposition my friend. Its "Dink of Love" and just round the corner from my homestead. Share restaurant near the university is another rocking place in KK with good food. An excellent house band on a Saturday night and plenty of young ladies who dink and love.

Fun bar one of the exceptions down there that will do well,hopefully the stranded tourists in udon can spend,spend,spend until end of september before waving goodbye.

There is still hope,lucky bar had a buyer so will be back in business,financial investment by flower bar,he must be confident borders opening soon,people will come flooding back as the key money needs to be paid

The lucky bar wasn't too confident , to be honest we are still in the middle of the covid chaos . buying any businesses is a gamble , as for borders opening ,my guess is watching loads leave with no idea when they will be back :think:
