Still restrictions on buffets ,so today going to make cottage pie instead. To do buffet each only one customer can go at a time , then I have to put a barrier between the customer and the food, the customer must wear a mask and plastic gloves to serve themselves ,and on top of that the utensils have to be replaced after each customer. So yes cottage pie today or pie and mash I'm afraid.
