I enjoy Tofu...Sliced deep fried and stir fried with Veg/chilly/Basil....add Oyster sauce...
First started on it when the Mrs was in Bumrungrad in 03...a small jap resturant was downstairs...never looked back since.
Aubergine and Mushrooms also good...if joined with right spices and Herbs.

Many Thais eat vegetarian food (aharn jay) for 9 days each year. This year it started on the 8th and goes through the 16th.

After then it will not be so busy.
It is my firm belief that it is a mistake to hold firm beliefs.

Big fan of Tofu here also. I like Tofu when its cooked as Tofu. Ive tried veggie burgers and tofu dogs and tofurkey etc. and they are ok, but since I eat meat theres no comparison on that part......when I'm eating something like Agedashi Tofu (Japanese dish, best way to eat tofu IMO) its pure bliss because its Tofu as Tofu.
I love boobies.

Is that stuff that looks like salad cream in a plastic wrapper Tofu? The missus slices it and fries it, then they kind of look a bit like miniature dumplings.
