We have tilapia occasionally and I like it. It may just be my imagination but if using fresh fish for frying (as in fish & chips) I actually prefer the bpla tubtim (red tilapia). It just seems to taste better to me and the wife prefers it as well.

That's dangerously bordering on "healthy" pomps! Does look like a top-notch spread though.

Outstanding! A hearty combo for a cool day. Tagliatelle is my go-to pasta for a lot of recipes. I use it as base for chicken ala king, Swedish meatballs, beef carbonnade and other dishes. Good stuff!

Quite a spread pomps. Nice variety of veggies as well. Spuds roasted and mashed?

Yes mash always as an option, had a beef takeaway, all food gone, gets people out on a sunday when roast options are available, help yourself to veg, could have had 2 or even 3 yorkshires but was a good lad yesterday, bombadier cans for refreshment, just waiting for booze suppliers to have barrels available, seems march is the earliest,he has 2 draft options now but just have to put up with cans for the moment 8-)
