I went old skool & had krapow from the stall in Ban Chan market.
I’m only just getting the feeling back in my face 😳

A filling and healthy spread. The missus likes to eat the raw okra (ladies' fingers) but I'm not a big fan. Sometimes add them to gumbo or deep fry them. Used to grow okra in the garden back in the States and the little (baby) ones, breaded and fried whole, were delicious.

I seem to have married into a Leo, Chang, Red Wine, Hong Tong and Samsong family....and that's just the wife
..The in-laws seem to prefer Lao Khow over everything else but will happily drink Hong Tong and Leo / Chang when it's offered.

I've never seen anyone in the village drink Archa. Agree Pomps that would be a deal breaker and have to re-marry :o

Apart from GT99, does anyone even drink Archa?
