Ah, I see now. I make crab cakes occasionally but have never made cod cakes. Several of the cod cake recipes I saw called for mashed potatoes. I'll give it go some time, I often make tuna or salmon cakes (patties).

Yes crab cakes and salmon cakes here to make,just saw the cod ones in the freezer at VM, so gave them a try 8-)

Beunchtime yet again :D Tasmanian porterhouse steak with smoked honey mustard,mashed swede,roasted parsnips and always partial to baked potato witn cream cheese n chives 8-)

Needed that swede n parsnip fix 8-)

Have a grill pan to get the lines on steaks,wife allowed me to sample her food,2 tails with garlic butter plus mozzarella top and she had the rest of my veg :D

Delectable! Mrs. S is partial to decapods as well. She will take the seafood and leave the steaks to me. Except in Missouri, she had a beef steak epiphany a few years ago when one of my farmer cousins gave her some homegrown angus ribeyes and t-bones.

Damn! It got dark in a hurry. :shock: Reckon a spot of rain will hit directly.
