Maybe he wants to sell up then buy the Irish Clock.....or maybe not.

Wonder how long the lease is? Guessing the property is not included in the price :?

Should use the money to expand the C2MU biz imo,get it franchised out to all of Thailand, still trying to work out why in the link it was posted that could not understand why the biz has not been sold,it was for sale at 5 million so do businesses sell quickly if double the price :?:

From memory thought it originally had a cheap long lease when taken over, new lease info would be interesting, clock has specified in their sales pitch what theres is,thought the amount would get posted 8-)

Need a 2 week millionaire tourist to snap it up,just get through these next 2/3 quiet months before the supposed peak season arrives 8-)

strange that you should mention that Pomps .. bumped into Max when delivering and C2MU is moving to larger premises on the East side ring road .. renovations start soon.

Re BH the lease was extended about a year ago and i think if recall correctly its 20 years fixed term registered in the ULO ... i was unaware about the price going up to nearly 10 mil thought it was initially 7.5 then dropped to 5.5 mil maybe the lease changed prompted the change the price doesnt include the building n land...but probably will include Nok the cashier/Thai manager whoa lovely lass and excellent at her job.

No doubt some brave sole will come along and have a punt to live the dream.
