Mini pizza followed by a big bowl of home made rice pudding. One cup aribio rice, 2 cups of water and a big dollop of butter. Simmér 15 mins then add 1 cup sugar, one cup of milk and one cup of cooking cream, simmer another 15 and yo get 4 large portions of the best creamed rice ever. But not for lactose intolerant people.
