That looks good.
There’s still a bit of a debate at Chez Niggles whether the school will close for Xmas. Might have to have a slap up roast on Sunday 22nd as a substitution

Re: Christmas Options 2024
So far bizs just put seasoned vegs so presume peas n cabbage with the turkey, missing traditional posting of pigs n blankets and roasted parsnips, thought bricky would give an option of mince pies or xmas pud, understand a lot of mince pies in udon at this time
Hope to drop by Gallery by end of next week 15yr old single malt for kev, chocolates and lottery tickets for family and staff, normally he would have advertised by now for xmas day offering, still time but anyone venturing in there this weekend can post an update

Re: Christmas Options 2024
Yes steve separates the options with charges, think i would never be able to get through a 3 or 5 course xmas dinner
Definitely needs booking due to his large customer base if interested
Other bizs who used to do something includes...
Gallery, beergarden and faroh house but think faroh house makes more money doing wine tasting nights, turkey bit hit or miss re thais, also chefs table nothing posted yet as they did do a thanksgiving 5 course meal this year, good everything used to do xmas set but think this year less options than previous years

Re: Christmas Options 2024
Having to advertise his turkey and ribeye as 3 aussies just canceled as have work committments now in oz,2 brits having to delay their trip also, anyway had a small shandy today so wine can be swapped for a small beer re his advert re cheese
Plenty of local expats never commit early anyway so bound to get a couple in on the day
Trouble is ,like cards, bizs offering buffets trounces free drinks and a lotto ticket everytime, people want seconds, thirds or fourths re a buffet set up than a fixed priced meal, hoping for quiet day personally so i can relax
