What I'm missing now is the Bread Pudding and Bread and Butter Pudding. I hope someone could let me some of this food. I'm really craving for them right now.

Here's a few other things to look out for on the labels..........if possible :roll:

Luckily, I know how to cook, along with Ree, so don't eat many processed foods. Bleached flour for baking probably the worst and most ingested thing. It is amazing how fast fresh baked turns bad, without the chemicals added, so our freezer gets utilized.

Links are a bit repetitive:

Chemicals additives banned in other countries but allowed in US foods...... yea, I know, we're in Thailand, and also most of the US brands at VM aren't even from the US, but still, something to think about:

http://bodyunburdened.com/chemicals-ban ... n-us-food/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

more detail of what they do and where banned:

Why still allowed to use.........$$$$ :roll:

Except for US.............GMO seemed to be banned in many place.......not sure if good or bad, but definitely good until they truly know..... ++)(*

Mixed salad,created from ingredients from our farm.
So we grow about 40 different plants like herbs,salads,veggies,fruits,
like tomatoes,cucumbers,chilis,onions,etc.
Fertilizers coming from our own livestock.
Eggs coming from our free runner chickens,eating out in the nature.
Fish swimming in natural ponds,looking for their own natural feed.

Buying a yoghurt for a garlic-yoghurt dressing,that's it.
Happy in Happy Thailand! :dance:
