I do tend to drive around in a bit of a dream so not noticed a hotel being built but yes, the Viking Bar end.
Don’t know why I call this the bottom end & Prajaksinlapacom Road as the top end. I’ll have to look in Google

Viling bar is or was the first bar at the end your talking about. Normally see Danes getting stuck into breakfast beers from the crack of dawn!

Aah yes, now I know the hotel you’re talking about.
I think it’s actually gonna be a Condotel. It’s the lady from the Chinese store opposite the Clock that’s building it. Progress is slow because she is only building when she has cash available. No loans
