Fishy goings on at The Irish Clock

Morning ... well its Friday and we have Cod coming out of our ears , seems only fair to share some with the good folk of Udon thani , Poached 8oz Cod Loins with Asparagus and white wine Sauce and served with saute potatoes , Battered Cod Fillet with real chips , mushy peas and coleslaw ..... hmmm makes me feel rather hungry !!

I got Halibut at Makro,Its beautiful,BETTER than Cod IMHO.......

I suppose Turbot would be asking too much...or how about Skate. Both lovely eating fish IMO

Your right !! on both counts ... I won't say to much more about the Haddock as it was supposed to come with the Cod which in turn took 4 weeks to get organised ....so I hope it will arrive next month ....but no promises !!
