Whether the OP is self promoting or not I really don't care, but I will say that El Diablo serves up some excellent food. As I don't do farang food too much, El Diablo is on my short list of farang food places to dine. My only complaint is that it's not open for lunch.

Walk by last night after getting my munch on at Monkey Bar (review coming soon). FWIW, the restaurant is actually called El Diablo BBQ grill & bar, but they do have a couple of Tex-Mex items on the menu. One of which is a huge taco which I've yet to try, but my friend had one and I almost regret having ordered a burger.

"El D" opens a 1500 and they boast a happy hour (forget the time).

Wow that's incredible, only 2 post survive from 7 pages, sad ain't it.

Anyway, hopefully I or someone else can post a proper review of El D and before anyone starts I have no connection to Casper or El D other than being a satisfied customer.

Exactly why i picked these two papaG..... ++)(* ...the other posts are still intact, but could not add more of them really as they where not really about a genuine review and could well have started to fan up some flames...(and before 'anyone' says anything this is NOT a blue touch paper post)

Genuine reviews welcomed including your good post (with photos) on the Monkey bar on another thread....wait till tommorrow see if 'someone' messes this one or the other one up. :?:
lets hope not.

Last night I stopped for dinner at El Diablo BBQ Grill & Bar. My mission, to sample the burrito a friend has been raving about. I’m greeted by Daa, a cheery and friendly waitress, she directs me to a table and hands me a menu. Although, I know what I want I take a peek at the menu anyway and immediately start having second thoughts. The menu is extensive with too many savory dishes to choose from. Anyway, I stick with the burrito and it was outstanding. Tasty and filling it satisfied that void in my gut. However, glancing over at two ladies seated at the next table I casually observe a nice rack :inlove: rack of ribs that is. They were just served, hot and saucy (ribs) and I couldn’t help but place an order for *take away.

El Diablo is managed by Casper, a friendly and personable Scandahoogian. His bar & grill is spot on with great food at great prices in a clean, friendly and hassle-free environment. My only complaint is that he’s not open for lunch (I’m not much of a night person), but hold on Casper tells me he plans to open earlier for the lunch crowd…can’t wait.

* Having just polished off my hot & spicy ribs I can say without any doubt they beat Nong's ribs hands down.
