My take on the jungle drums is C2MU isn’t part of the deal & Maxx is going to open another at the other side of town.
Naturally I haven’t got a reliable source so que sera sera

Would make sense but needs to be in a low cost area, e.g. Kut Chap road which is just off the ring road for easy access and low rents

He should take over the old tap location!
Does DM still have one of the units there for his wholesale beer business?

Not sure but thought maxx had a unit for his wholesale meats, cold storage unit that the oz from benchwarmers spent heaps of money on under the guidance from that cowboy terry dallas
No reason not for maxx to regenerate that rundown area but he did want to move to the east side for a much bigger premises for C2MU but it never materialised will have plenty of money from june to take his pick

I’m hearing the exchange for the Brickhouse & Irish Clock is due early July.
C2MU not part of the deal

Well Hamlays retirement is sometime in next 10 years. Wishing the Dutch newbies all the success but if they manage to keep it going for a few years then crash out big time , fat hamlays bar and Gator grill might rise from the ashes!!

There’s a strong chance Hansa Clubhouse will be vacant again
