Yep I can confirm it was not me but the F*ckwit brother in law who is responsible, when we found out he claimed that he needed to get home to nong bua with his 7month pregnant wife and it was late so he did not ask !! He claimed a dog ran out in front of him then when I said I would check the video he kind of became busy and ran away :twisted: We where very relived mother and baby where aok.
On watching it I noticed he crosses the white lines on several occasions before the overcorrection at the bend, I put this down to drink but we will never know as he is unable to say a strait word the Fu8kjogjtgjfjnkjfwefhndcchc.
Anyway it turned out he was not insured also which made me want to get on the next flight and try and find his backbone, to date we have not had an apology or seen him though the family gave us his house in the village and they arranged for a new pickup, so I am happy with the outcome as I don't get to see him again.

As for the camera 21, I fitted it as we have them at work for the cabs, re accidents and such. They fit behind the rear view mirror and record onto sd cards, I though it may be a good Idea in case I had an accident I could prove what had happened my fault or not, turned out it has other uses

The insurance is normally fixed to the car not an individual, are you sure you were not covered?

I was not aware of that although I have been told he was supposed to be insured from his company car but then was not. So armed with that info I will need to check what has gone on.
Why do they complicate and avoid the truth, I will not get angry and just remember what Sean said about the learning curve. :|

Terry, I can confirm as John says Normal insurance here insures the car and not the driver, the only thing that negates the insurance is if the driver is not in possession of a drivers licence ++)(*

If he was driving under the influence as per the police report then the Insurance might be null and void for damage to the vehicle.
