Just occurred to me. The rent runs out next month, jay should approach the owners to see if he can get it back after the ex has left.

Could be a win win situation,as no sign of the mg3 for sale so must have sold that,cash in hand,rainy season will be with us in june so can fill up the pool for free 8-)

Maybe he could start indian food as there is expat demand 8-)

Swimming pool should keep it simple, burger and fries, fish and chips. Easy stuff no extra staff needed

Still some water in the pool. Better be careful someone doesn't do a Michael Barrimore in the pool unsupervised.
